METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal for all orders placed online.


SHIPPING // IN-STORE PICKUP // DELIVERY

STANDARD SHIPPING:

We ship most standard-sized items using USPS Priority Mail or UPS.  A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships.

IN STORE PICKUP:

Orders can be picked up within one week of purchase at our Los Angeles store.  Select "IN STORE PICKUP" at checkout. Please contact us to make an appointment for pickup.

OVERSIZED ITEMS:

Please contact us for a shipping quote on oversized items.  NowShop does not provide local delivery however, we're happy to recommend a local service or coordinate pickup with your preferred third-party shipping service. 

COMBINED SHIPPING:

If multiple items are purchased under one order, we will combine items to save on shipping and refund you the shipping overages. 

DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders placed before 5:00PM PST Monday-Friday typically ship within 72 hours. Please allow 7-14 days from date of order for receipt. Certain items may require a longer lead-time for shipping.

If you would like your order to arrive sooner, please let us know.  We offer expedited shipping options where available.  Additional fees apply.

SHIPPING POLICIES + REMINDERS: 

Alaska/Hawaii shipping can take significantly longer.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address you will be responsible for paying reshipment to the correct address.

NowSpace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We provide tracking + insurance with all our orders and will do our best to help you locate your item in the rare circumstance your item is lost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.


STORAGE POLICY

Because we are a small shop, we are unable to store purchased items for longer than one week. Unless special arrangements have been made (we will generally work with you) an additional $50 weekly storage fee will be charged for each item left at the shop for more than a week after purchase.
